Company History

1. 1999December – company founded.
2. 20005 July – first office opened in Harkány with 2 employees.
3. 2001–02Market introduction continues; stabilisation period.
4. 2003Annual sales volume exceeds HUF 500 million. Mortgage brokerage partnerships established; office premises purchased.
5. 2005Condominium management services launched (Átrium and Kossuth Lajos utca 60. condominiums). Third employee hired.
6. 2006Highest revenue to date achieved.
7. 2007–08Two further condominiums taken over for management.
8. 2009Sales bottom out during the financial crisis.
9. 2010–11Strongest first half since opening. Additional condominiums added in Kozármisleny, Harkány, and Pécs.
10. 2013Real-estate brokerage temporarily transferred to BP INVEST Kft.; company focuses on condominium management.
11. 2017Change of ownership. Real-estate brokerage activity returns to the company.
12. 2018Company renamed Harkány Ingatlan Bt. Several new condominium management contracts won. Sales activity resumes growth.
13. 2019New condominium contract in Harkány. November – Siklós Ingatlan office opens (siklosingatlan.hu).
14. 2020Magyarország Ingatlan network launched. New partner: Kecel Ingatlan. Pandemic brings limited opening hours; property prices and demand rise.
15. 2021–22Siklós office relocates twice. Inflation drives up condominium fees. Following changes to Hungarian tax law, condominium management is transferred to Fedelevits Ákos personally.
16. 2024Brokerage continues steadily. Condominium management activity ends on 31 December 2024.
17. 2025Core activity: residential and commercial property sales and lettings.
